All services are subject to availability and individual project agreements.
2. Enquiries and Customer Information

3. Service Agreements
Each project undertaken by Future Connect LTD shall be discussed and agreed upon directly with the client.
Project scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and payment arrangements shall be confirmed through written communication between Future Connect LTD and the client.
We reserve the right to refuse any project request at our sole discretion.
4. Deposits and Payments
For projects valued at more than £200, a non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required before work commences.
The remaining balance shall become payable upon mutual agreement between Future Connect LTD and the client during the project lifecycle and prior to final delivery or transfer of the completed website.
Future Connect LTD may provide demonstrations, previews, or live demonstrations during the development process.
Failure to make agreed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Refund Policy
Clients may request cancellation during the design phase of a project.
Where a client reasonably believes that the agreed design expectations are not being met, Future Connect LTD may, at its discretion, refund the initial deposit during the early design stages.
Future Connect LTD reserves the sole right to determine whether substantial development work has been completed. This determination shall be based on the amount of work performed, development progress, resources committed, and project milestones achieved. Once substantial development has been completed, no refunds shall be provided.
Payments made for website hosting, maintenance services, subscriptions, or recurring services are non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, feedback, content, and approvals required to complete a project.
Clients may provide their own:
- Text content
- Images
- Logos
- Branding materials
Where clients request Future Connect LTD to create logos, branding materials, content, or other additional assets, separate charges may apply.
Clients warrant that they own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any materials supplied to Future Connect LTD.
Clients agree not to provide any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties or violates applicable laws.
7. Project Delays and Inactive Projects
Website development projects require regular communication and feedback from clients.
If a client becomes unresponsive for a period exceeding 10 consecutive days, Future Connect LTD reserves the right to:
- Suspend project work
- Reallocate development resources
- Revise delivery timelines
- Close the project
Reactivation of suspended projects may be subject to additional fees.
8. Website Ownership and Intellectual Property
Ownership of the completed website shall transfer to the client only after full payment of all outstanding fees has been received.
Until full payment is made, all work, designs, source files, and related materials remain the property of Future Connect LTD.
All logos, trademarks, branding, website content, graphics, designs, and intellectual property belonging to Future Connect LTD remain our exclusive property unless expressly transferred in writing.
9. Maintenance and Hosting Services
Future Connect LTD may offer ongoing website maintenance and hosting services.
Such services may operate on a subscription basis and may automatically renew unless cancelled by either party.
Cancellation of maintenance or hosting services does not entitle the client to a refund of previously paid fees.
Future Connect LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue maintenance and hosting services upon reasonable notice.
10. Feedback and Suggestions
Any suggestions, comments, ideas, or feedback submitted to Future Connect LTD may be used by us without restriction, compensation, or acknowledgment.
11. Promotions and Special Offers
Future Connect LTD may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, contests, sweepstakes, or special offers.
Additional terms may apply to such promotions and shall be published where appropriate.
12. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to:

Future Connect LTD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

16. Governing Law
